The USA, Great Britain and Russia, and afterwards China and France signed a Memorandum that guarantee safety of Ukraine in reply to its waiver of nuclear weapon. But it is actually not executed today. Chairman of the People’s Movement of Ukraine, Chairman of Verkhovna Rada Committee on European Integration Borys Tarasyuk declared it, Freedom Radio reports.

Exactly in this day in 1989 the first democratic, populous mass meeting took place on Zamkova square of Lutsk.
